6th Paradise Jazz Festival

16th /17th /18th September 2005
The 6th Paradise Jazz Festival is hosting 23 superb musicians, from
6 different countries. There will be artists fromCyprus, Greece,
Malta,
Bulgaria, Armenia & Holland to inspire you.Friday night is dedicated
to what we call “Ethnic Jazz”, and for that we are very proud to
present
the first star of this year festival THEODOSII SPASSOV, who is a
master of the traditional Bulgarian end-blown flute, the kaval. His
music is a remarkable fusion of Bulgarian folk music & contemporary
jazz. This successful experiment ends on a quiet ote midst the city
sounds,
reminiscent of the calm beauty offered in the Bulgarian countryside.
